Due to the nature of OEM and customized apparel production, return and refund policies vary depending on order type.


## Customized Orders

For OEM/ODM custom orders including private label, logo printing, or custom designs, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.


## Quality Issues

If products have manufacturing defects, customers should contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Please provide:

* Photos of the defective items

* Order details

* Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide solutions such as replacement or compensation.


## Non-Custom Orders

For standard products without customization, returns may be accepted if:

* Items are unused

* Items are returned within 14 days

* Original packaging is intact

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a product defect.
